Another built of Android 2.1 – update1 ESE53 has been leaked in the wild and is available for download. wnrussell of alldroid.org has released Droid 2.1 ESE53 SBF file which is the last of the known Motorola flash files that has been leaked. This Droid build contains Live Wallpapers and the 2.1 Launcher as well and is a complete image which can recover your android phone that cannot boot normally.
It is important to note that Droid 2.1 ESE53 SBF file will completely wipe your phone, unroot it and overwrite the stock recovery image and is not the official release version of 2.1 for the Droid. If you flash this file you will be unable to return to a previous rootable 2.0.1 version without using one of the other SBF files.

To install it the easy way, with busybox and su, Humpa has posted a complete BDS nandroid backup here. It provides you with the stock ESE53 plus su, root, and busybox. You can always go to an OC’d 2.1 kernel later if you want.
