iPhone Hacker David Wang aka planetbeing successfully booted Google’s Android operating system on iPhone 2G. He even contemplated that installing Android on iPhone 3G / 3GS is very much possible. David has kept its promise and will soon provide you the solution to install android OS on iPhone 3G. As a proof he has recently posted picture of an iPhone 3G booting into a BusyBox / Buildroot shell.

For an improvement in WLAN he has implemented the Android WiFi driver extensions for existing developers and testers. Android should work well on the iPhone 3G, however, before releasing installation instructions the team has said it intends to fix some strange errors and will be published soon.
