Apple to Fix iPad WiFi Issues as Firmware Update

Number of Wi-Fi network related issues on iPad has already been reported to Apple and in reply Apple today has confirmed that they are going to fix the WiFi issue which constitutes weak signal reception, forgotten passwords, frequent disconnection and some issues with networks. Only very small numbers of iPad users are affected with these issues as reported by Apple.

Apple tech support has published a note about the issue stating that

“Apple will also address remaining Wi-Fi connectivity issues with a future iPad software update.”

They have also provided some workarounds via support document on its tech support site which includes updating Wi-Fi router firmware, IP address renewal, using WPA or WPA2 wireless security, switching channels and adjusting brightness of the iPad screen. Visit here to fix issues pertaining to weak signal strength on your iPad. These tweaks may possibly help you resolve the issues.

If all these solution does not work for your iPad, don’t panic!!!  Apple has promised to release an iPad software update soon for the issues. Hopefully, the problem will be fixed soon.

Note: iPad users who have earlier jailbroken their iPad 3.2 using spirit might lose jailbreak after updating to iPad firmware (possibly, 3.3 or 3.2.1).
