Developer version of iOS 4.1 firmware for iPhone 3G, 3GS and iPod Touch 2G and 3G was released recently. Being tagged as beta, iOS 4.1 might be buggy and you might feel need to downgrade your firmware to your previous version and if you have a jailbroken iPhone on iOS 4.0, you might want to backup your SHSH Blobs to Cydia first so that you can jailbreak your iPhone on iOS 4.1 as well.
