How to Start/Boot BlackBerry Mobile in Safe Mode

After installing apps on BlackBerry the device may not re-boot past and will only show you splash screen. In order to troubleshoot or uninstall the app you just installed you have to reboot your BlackBerry device in safe mode which will prevent third-party applications from running automatically. Safe mode is designed to allow you to troubleshoot or remove any unwanted applications. Supports only BlackBerry Device Software 4.6 to 4.7

To turn your BlackBerry on safe mode follow simple steps:

Step-01- Remove and re-insert the BlackBerry smartphone battery.

Step-02- When the red light-emitting diode (LED) light goes out, press and hold the Escape key as the BlackBerry smartphone is loading.

Step-03- When the dialog box appears, click OK.

Note: Safe mode is indicated by a safe mode indicator in the BlackBerry smartphone status section of the Home screen.

To turn off safe mode, remove and re-insert the BlackBerry smartphone battery.
