HTC EVO 4G owners on Sprint, rejoice! Sprint is now rolling out OTA (over-the-air) Android software update (Baseband Version 2.05.00.06.10) to HTC EVO 4G handsets labeled as version 1.47.651.1. The update will come as bug fixes and not the Froyo firmware update which might fix issues like 30fps cap when running both 2d and 3d apps on the EVO instead of 60fps, fixes for Facebook sync features and changes to Exchange ActiveSync. It is also being rumored that the update might also enable or activate Wireless N [802.11n WiFi] with some improved battery life.

The EVO 4G software update is reported to be 21.43MB in size. You can either wait for official notification alert to download the update, or do it manually by heading into Settings > System Updates.
