Ran the whole procedure for windows and successfully downgraded to iTunes 9.2.1. However my issue with the computer shutting down as soon as iTunes begins to Sync with my iPhone 3GS is not fixed. I did not have this issue prior to upgrading to iTunes 10. Any ideas? Apple Care Support was of know help either. Been unable to sync phone since November 2010 following the iTunes 10 upgrade.
