Error c0000138 - Windows XP users might get this error, to resolve it follow the simple steps listed below:
- Navigate to the location C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support\
- Copy the file libeay32.dll
- Paste in the path C:\Windows\System32\
In case the specified file libeay32.dll was not found, run a search for that file on your computer and copy it once identified the location C:\Windows\System32\
Error c000035a – The procedure to resolve this error is uncertain. Try moving the file Spirit.exe on your desktop and then run it or try to do what is written above for fixing the error c0000138.
Error c0000005 – Some users may encounter the error c0000005 during startup or while execution of Spirit. This problem was present in the first version of Spirit, whom we remember was later updated in order to avoid this problem we report that also in this guide.
- To resolve this problem you will have access to property of Spirit tool. To do so click the right mouse button on the file Spirit.exe
- Select the tab compatibility and check the item “Run this program in compatibility mode” and select Windows 95 or Windows 98
- Click OK
Error c00000022 - To solve this compatibility problem can use the same procedure explained for the occurrence of the error c0000005
