Root your Nexus One without Unlocking Bootloader

Guys over xda-devs (notably, Booker-T) have rooted Google Nexus One. But, why to root with different method when we already have one? Well, the answer is actually connected to Bootloader. You need to manually unlock the bootloader of Nexus One android allowing you to install custom software, ROM for testing and development. But, after unlocking Nexus One bootloader, an unlocked icon appears on the screen (after reboot) making your warranty claims void.  But the method devised by Booker-T roots your Nexus One without unlocking bootloader.
