Google Nexus One phone has been rooted before it is available to users commercially. You may follow our step by step guide on how to root nexus one using custom ROM superbot. - Download and extract fastboot from here (Windows, Linux and Mac included)
- Run a command prompt / terminal at the directory you just extracted
