HTC Legend android phone doesn’t support Live Wallpaper feature unlike the Nexus One, HTC Desire, HTC EVO 4G do. Guys over xda-forum have broken the jinx by porting Live Wallpaper hack into rooted HTC Legend.
Just download the zip and install it like a ROM. Installation must be done via recovery mode, so you actually have to flash the hack to your device. Make sure that you know what you are doing. I will not be held responsible for bricking your device.
