iPhone hacker Sergio Mcfly has released iPhodroid R12 that allows you to install or run Android Froyo 2.2 on iPhone 3G easily on iOS 4 or priors supporting all baseband. In addition to installing images files on your iPhone 3G NOR you can also unlock your iPhone 3G using Ultrasn0w by porting it into the new OpeniBoot.

Currently, SDcard emulation has been taken off and might be released in next version along with bug fixes, if any. If you are not satisfied with the iPhodroid tool, you can uninstall it easily.
Steps to un-install iPhodroid from iPhone 3GS iOS 4.0

- Select iPhone option and hold the Home button forever
- Keep holding.
- When you see a blank screen, release your finger. Sometimes, instead you see the WHITE SCREEN, you will see the RECOVERY LOGO. It is normal. Do not worry.
Stay Tuned as we will be publishing detailed how-to guide on how to install and run Android 2.2 Froyo on iPhone 3G running iOS 4 firmware.
