Not for iPad 2 demo, but to jailbreak iPad2 using JailbreakMe 3.0 inside Apple store itself! User by name iPh0ne_ has shared couple of shots. Just check them out:

Last year also series of videos appeared after users pwned the iOS device inside Apple store. Even after Apple blocked the URL, a guy managed to jailbreak iPad using his Nexus One’s mobile hotspot capabilities.
