iPod Touch 4 / 4G Leaked Again Detailing Specifications!

This is BIG! Apple production base in Vietnam has once again exposed the next-gen iPod touch 4 / 4G (64GB) picture. We have already seen similar images of next-gen iPod Touch with camera in past, but this one is the sharpest detailing out some of the specification. The prototype of the iPod Touch 4 with camera carries 64GB storage and is marked with ‘DVT-a’ which stands for “Design Verification Test”, an Apple production milestone. The DVT milestone is marked to the devices when the design is almost fixed.

The new generation of iPod Touch 4 is said to be equipped with camera galloping on A4 processor with improved battery life. Few months back Mingchi Kuo, senior analyst at Digitimes Research also reported that like iPhone 4, the new iPod Touch 4G which is likely to be manufactured by Quanta will be galloping on A4 processor sporting 3-megapixel camera having video recording capability and that the shipments are expected to touch 17-18 million units in 2010.

Earlier, UK retailer John Lewis claimed that the upcoming iPod Touch 4 will feature an accelerometer and gyroscope which will add gaming credential to the media player.

But still the veracity of listed features of iPod Touch 4 / 4G cannot be ascertained to carry in actual retail model which is slated to be unveiled in September this year.
