My Nexus One for AT&T works AWESOME. Guess you got a defective one. It happens to every piece of hardware that gets released. Some just don't work right.

I have a nexus one (tmobile) and I have never had any problems with 3g or the screen. That guy has a defective phone. It sucks for him and I wouldn't be happy about it either but thats just dumb bad luck.

I just read on the Google forums and it states that you need to call ATT and change your plan from an IPHONE account to an smart phone compatible account for compatability issues that can cause many disruptions. See belowIn review of your account, I have found that we show your line as still using the Apple iPhone. Our records show that your SIM card was swapped multiple times between the IMEI you provided and the iPhone yesterday.Unfortunately, the iPhone data plan is not compatible with any other device and the Smartphone Data plan (required for the HTC device) is not compatible with the iPhone. The iPhone Data plan includes visual voicemail; therefore, I did not update your account to the HTC device as this would require the removal of the iPhone data plan and your voicemail."

I have the At&t Nexus One and there aren't any "issues" with anything. It's a great phone, way better than my Iphone 3GS.
