Motorola Droid to get Android 2.2 Froyo in July, Droid X to Follow!

We already reported that Droid X , which was launched  recently  on android 2.1 (unfortunately not 2.2) will officially get android 2.2 Froyo blessing this summer, as confirmed during launch. To only bolster the fact, an internal document has been leaked over renowned forum which says that the original Motorola Droid 1 will also get Android 2.2 Froyo (and Flash 10.1) sometime in July.

The Android 2.2 ROM is much faster than Android 2.1 and almost 2 to five times faster than 2.1 eclair. There are many other useful features that come with android 2.2 update apart from flash 10.1, native internet tethering, and application manager.
