Motorola Droid X to get Android 2.2 Blessing in Late Summer!

Motorola has now shifted its gears to hit the speed and have started rolling-out froyo update to its flagship android phones. Yesterday, we reported about Motorola Droid to get official android 2.2 Froyo update next week. Now, Motorola Droid X is the next member to join the froyo party and is expected to get Android 2.2 update in late summer. Its official now! Motorola has updated its chart and have marked froyo update against Droid X! Huzzah!

Those who do not know, Android 2.2 is much faster than Android 2.1and almost 2 to five times faster than 2.1. There are tons of other features that will be accompanied in android 2.2 update apart from flash 10.1, native internet tethering, and application manager.
