China Times is reporting that iPhone 5 has already entered the trial production stage and will be launching in Q3 this year. According to the report, iPhone 5 will carry scratch resistant 4-inch capacitive touch screen with change in metal chassis for improved signal reception.

Industry sources also pointed out that iPhone 5′s release will result in double “i” effect (iPad 2 was released in March) and could touch global sales of 40 million units this year.
