Google Phone Nexus One has been released recently. It is important to note that Google is not making the phone, and it’s being manufactured by HTC itself. A San Francisco based blogger Cory O’Brien describes the Nexus One device as; “Google Phone = iPhone + a little extra screen and a scroll wheel. Great touch screen, and Android.”

The Google’s Nexus One phone having a super high-resolution OLED touchscreen runs on a Snapdragon chip and is slightly thinner than the iPhone with no keyboard in place. It is packed with 5 MP flash camera and with on-screen keyboard. There are two two mics and one on the back helps eliminating background noise. Its voice-to-text feature allows you to dictate emails or notes by speaking directly into the phone.
Google Phone Nexus One looks like the HTC Passion which is scheduled to be released in early 2010. The Nexus has a slightly bigger screen than the iPhone and one scroll button like on HTC Hero.

The Nexus One is all set to be launched in early January, 2010 as an unlocked GSM phone running Android 2.1. There are speculations that Google will offer unlocked Nexus One, and thus giving a choice to use it with any carrier like Verizon/AT&T/Sprint, et cetera.
