Sprint/HTC has finally released the much awaited Windows Mobile 6.5 upgrade for their Touch Pro2 with Sense 2.5 (build 2012). It is also important to note that this update is meant for the Sprint (CDMA) variant of the Touch Pro2 only and will not work on any other Touch Pro2 devices.
This upgrade will not only provide updates to the Windows Mobile platform, but also some enhancements to the HTC Touch Pro2 user interface providing you with additional customization or personalization options and more integration with the applications users access most. Most of Sprint HTC Touch Pro 2 users may already be running a hacked ROM, but if you want to preserve your warranty, then it s advisable to use the official one.
