Recently, Linux version of Spirit jailbreak tool was released by p0sixninja who shown his limited love for Linux users as he did not developed GUI on the top of the spirit tool. For some reason, may be Linux is not a popular OS among iPhone jailbreak community, he only released binaries which can only be used by linux geeks.

Kerneldelmondo has created a graphical user interface (GUI) to use the Spirit application easily and quickly as on Windows and Mac version helping you to unlock your iDevice (iPod Touch and iPhone 3G/3GS) with firmware 3.1 and 3.1.2 and iPad on 3.2. The operation is simple and has been tested with Ubuntu 10.4 (earlier versions might have dependency issues).
