With an unlocked version of iPhone 4, users in US can easily use prepaid SIM cards other than AT&T and comes handy when you plan to travel outside US and still want to use the iPhone. Video above clearly shows iPhone 4 running on Regers carrier.

According to Musclenerd , iPhone dev team have three different ways to unlock once inside iPhone 4 Baseband and the third way was first to work for planetbeing to unlock iPhone 4 flawlessly. There are speculations that the new iPhone 4 jailbreak and carrier unlock tool will not be released till Apple roll out an upgrade to the iOS 4 software (iOS 4.0.1 or iOS 4.1) update to fix the Antenna problem of iPhone 4. Still long way to release software solution to unlock iPhone 4 using Ultrasn0w.
