One of the member 911sniper over XDA dev Forums has posted a Windows Phone 7 ROM from a HTC device named the HTC Mondrian Model: HTC Mondrian (Cingular USA); AKU: WindowsMobile_7_AKU_6176 and Language: 0409_WWE.
Currently, most of the tools will not work for developers without any modifications. XDA developer and moderator Da_G have already dumped the ROM with his currently private NBHImageTool which allows dumping unsigned ROMs.
